One of the nights that I was behind the bar of Faltso bar, in Marousi, I started thinking what I could make to offer a summer taste, using beer. The idea came, when I saw in a fridge a quite sour but tasteful beer, Anchor Porter, continuously I thought to combine it with red fruits in order to balance its taste. Thinking about cool cocktails I wanted to make something special and bitter at the same time. So I took the Anchor Porter form the fridge and I combine it with agave syrup by Monin (as always!) some fresh mint leaves from our garden and raspberry puree.
Try the greek Septem Porter
In a big mixing glass, we put all our ingredients except Porter beer and we muddling softly with a bar spoon. We fill up with crashed ice and we top up with Anchor Porter. We shake and garnish with mint and berries and we serve with straws.
