Nice for the summer and light our recipe this time, as we all want to be stylish when we go to the beach. This time we will present a very simple and fresh salad with vinaigrette made with black beer! The recipe is from Corfu Microbrewery Chef, who is suggesting dishes that have as many as possible products from Corfu and of course beer from Corfu Microbrewery.
For the Salad
For the vinaigrette
We chop the vegetables and rub the cheese in slight peels or in small squares, it depends on us. Continuously we chop the sykomaida and then we sauté the pancetta with the hazelnuts. Then we add all the ingredients in a bowl and we mix them. We serve our salad in a plate.
In order to make the vinaigrette we will need to compact the beer, then we add honey and balsamic vinegar and sunflower oil and mix very well.
Then we serve our salad with the vinaigrette or separate.
Ideally combined with Corfu Dark Beer!
