Another beer that is ready to make its appearance in the begging’s of June.
Specifically the “Mediterranean” aromatic and unpasteurized blonde beer will make its appearance in Greek market at the begging’s of next month. According to the information that we have, the first boiling of the beer has been made in a private brewery in the brewer’s home land, Italy. Since September the beer will be produced in a new modern brewery in Chalkida. And its name, DELPHI Beer.
Everything started on the crucial moment, when George Kostopoulos and Dia Papanikolaou met the professional and awarded brewer Davide Zingareli. This company decided to present something new in the Greek market. So the idea of the Delphi beer started coming in life. Until now we know that from this summer the new beer, which is a Pilsner, will be available in bottles of 750ml. The producers believe that the beer will be available all over Greece, until September. The alcohol will be around 4,5% abv.
Symbol of the beer is “Spiral”. Is one of the most ancient symbols that spread between the cultures, such as Egypt, Minoan, Mycenaean and Mesopotamia. The “Spiral” found in nature (tornadoes, snail shell), in space (galaxy) and in fingerprints. The shape symbolizes the dynamic movement of a cycle, which is supported by the symbolism of the vital force, according to the ancient civilizations.
