As a young boy Periklis Pitenis liked to be a Chef (being just a cook was bellow his standards). Along the way, the only relation that he had with the kitchen was, eating everything coming out of it… until the moment that he discovered pastry making!!
He is a tourism management graduate, and tells as that he is making a shift in his career and instead of helping, sleeps, leads people, he will sweeten them. From the “Golden Age of Pericles”, in Ancieng Athens we pass to the “Sweet Age of Pericles.” As a pastry student now, and while he is already attended lots of seminars during the year, he is looking into new tastes and experiments with alcohol. The results are not always as successful as he wants or even successful.
The first alcoholic drink that he ever tasted was beer, when he was still in his mother’s hug. The continuity is unnecessary… The only thing is that he likes Wheat beers (Weiss bier) and Lambics.
